How fast can I start?
Entering your company takes about two minutes, and the e-mail confirmation is instant. We usually approve new environments within one working day; after that your environment is running in under a minute. Until then, try the demo above without signing up.
Do my people need an account or an e-mail address?
No. A person only needs a name. After publishing, you send the plan's join link to the group; whoever opens it picks their name and sees their shifts – without signing in. People with an e-mail address can be invited.
Does anyone have to install an app?
No. dandori runs in the browser, on a computer, a tablet and a phone. Anyone who likes can add it to their home screen as an app and gets a notification as soon as their plan is published or changed.
Can I bring my staff list over from Excel?
Yes. "Upload a list" adds many people at once – from a CSV file as Excel saves it.
What about holidays, sick days and qualifications?
You enter absences, and "Staff automatically" plans around them – and around qualifications, maximum hours and rest times. If someone drops out at short notice, "Cover / absence" suggests suitable people and notifies them.
Where is our data?
On a server in Germany. Personal data is stored encrypted, and the data processing agreement is included. Every company has its own environment with its own address, its own database and its own sign-in.
